Our history
Our story began in 2005, when Nobel Energy (then Nobel Oil Services) launched as a dedicated procurement services provider. Over the past 20 years, we have transformed into a dynamic, integrated, and agile group of companies, delivering comprehensive solutions to clients across the globe.
Corporate governance
Our corporate governance structure enables us to manage our activities effectively. Nobel Energy’s governing bodies are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, who implements the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders.
