Key Accountabilities
The ICT Engineer is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s ICT infrastructure. In addition, this role provides frontline Help Desk support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of ICT-related incidents and service requests in line with company standards and policies.
- Monitor, maintain, and support network equipment, and end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.);
- Monitor network performance and availability, troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues;
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and licenses;
- Act as the first point of contact for ICT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly;
- Provide user training and guidance on ICT policies, systems, and tools;
- Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ICT systems and applications (e.g., Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams);
- Collaborate with the ICT team to ensure reliable operation of ICT systems;
- Inventory Management of ICT equipment;
- Create, manage ICT requests in ERP (SAP) system;
- ICT and Security Awareness induction to users;
- Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation;
- Additional tasks as requested;
- To maintain total confidentiality.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in ICT support, systems administration, or similar roles;
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11 operating systems;
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) system;
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalls);
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and end-user service orientation;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; · Good organizational and documentation skills;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health &safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent
- ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditorcertification
- 5+ years of progressive HSE experience).
- Proven experience in oil & gas, EPC,construction, or heavy industries.
- Track record in developing and implementingGroup/corporate HSE frameworks.
- Strong exposure to HSE audits, compliance,incident investigations, and risk management.
- Experience in dealing with regulators,certification bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international standards and bestpractices (ILO, OSHA, API, ISO).
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards,and management systems.
- Excellent auditing, inspection, and reportingskills.
- Proficiency in HSE data analysis, KPIs, andperformance dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities(to report at Board level).
- Advanced IT skills (MS Office, Power BI, EDMS,HSE digital tools).
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Support development, implementation, andcontinuous improvement of Group HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure alignment of subsidiary companies’ HSEsystems with Group objectives, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001),and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with all business units withlegal, regulatory, and contractual HSE obligations.
- Support in preparation and coordination ofcertification audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Conduct Group-level HSE audits and inspectionsacross subsidiaries, ensuring consistency.
- Track and report Group HSE KPIs and performancemetrics.
- Review and analyze incident investigations, rootcauses, and lessons learned, ensuring sharing across companies.
- Coordinate HSE training programs across Groupcompanies, ensuring competency development.
- Deliver Group-level HSE inductions, awarenesscampaigns, and leadership sessions.
- Support HSE culture initiatives (e.g., “SafetyMoments”, behavioral safety programs
- Consolidate HSE performance data from allcompanies and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual Group HSE reports.
- Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvementacross subsidiaries.
