On September 1, 2016, Nobel Oil Services announces that its Azerbaijani subsidiary moved to a new office. This move is designed to improve efficiency as it gathers parent and subsidiary companies under one roof.
Nobel Oil, Prokon, Glensol and SDL-Nobel will now operate together in a single corporate building, allowing employees of all divisions of the company to work alongside one another.
In addition to improving communications and efficiency, it is thought that this move will strengthen team spirit within the company. The dynamic grouping of companies and their subsidiaries will contribute to the development of corporate culture and the rapid adaptation of new employees.
The new office is located at: SDN Business Center at 10Q Alasgar Gayibov St, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Enerso Jabrayil Signed Key Agreements to Accelerate Clean Energy Transition
We are pleased to announce that on June 2, during Baku Energy Week, Enerso Jabrayil signed several key agreements—a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), a Transmission Connection Agreement (TCA), a Land Lease Agreement, and a Balancing Agreement. These agreements are part of the framework established under the Investment Agreement signed with the Ministry of Energy on April 4, 2025, for the development of the 50 MW ‘Ufug’ (Horizon) Solar Power Plant in the Jabrayil district.
