As a responsible company, we require our employees to report a number of situations. These include actual or potential violations, potentially unlawful conduct, actual or potential cases of corruption or fraud, illegal acquisition, disclosure or misuse of confidential or private information, and other offences.
Our ethics and compliance officer is responsible for investigating alleged violations of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, preparing reports and submitting them to the CEO. We guarantee that those seeking advice on business ethics or rules of conduct, expressing their concern or reporting an actual or suspected violation will not be subjected to any reprisals.
